Colton has been very hungry in the mornings, so I make sure to have either a big bowl of oatmeal for him or a fruit smoothie.

Today it was oatmeal.

I cooked the steel cut oats, then added some old fashion oats at the end for a different texture.  Next I added one chopped banana, ground flax, raisins, and coconut milk.  He had half for breakfast and the rest after his nap.

He has also started eating Granny Smith apples on his own!  Such a big boy!
