Dinner!

Steamed brown rice
Steamed sweet potatoes

Mix in the following when the rice is just about done.

– cilantro
– red onion
– peas
– corn
– bell pepper
Seasoning
– lime juice
– ACV
– cayenne
– cumin
– stevia
– crushed red pepper

I put the sweet potatoes in the bottom of the bowl, and then poured the rice on top.  I cut as I went.

I ate a HUGE portion of this and felt great!  Not tired or bloated after, which is a sign of poor digestion and the wrong combination of food.

I also had an arugula salad with jicama, cranberries, and pine nuts.
