I’m in my element tonight…love my kitchen!

Tonight’s prep includes:

Soak
-Broccoli (for sprouting)
-Steel cut oats
-Black beans

Steam potatoes
Make Colton’s lunch

I’m hungry for sure, but it’s too late to eat and I need to stop putting energy towards digestion.  My goal is to eat clean so my body can have the energy it needs to function properly, and detoxify at the same time.  I’m kicking up my active fitness too!

It’s the cravings that are hard to say no to but, science, logic, and that amazing healthy feeling are helping me get past them.  I want that extra energy eating clean gives me.  It’s positive natural energy, not a stimulant or drug.  I feel that better choices are made when fueled this way…

Below is Colton’s lunch for tomorrow – I’ll put it out on the counter in the morning so it’s warm by lunch.  May blend it a little.
